This page explains the limited personal information involved when you visit the site or contact Algoria Biometrics about a potential engagement.
Information collected
The contact form prepares an email on your device; it does not submit or store entries. The copy button writes the prepared message to your clipboard only when requested. No file uploads are accepted. If you send an email, Algoria receives the information you choose to include.
Methods Lab calculator inputs
Methods Lab calculators are intended for aggregate effects, aggregate baseline risks and short scientific labels. Calculator inputs are processed in browser memory only and are not submitted or stored by the calculator. Do not enter patient-level, confidential or identifiable data.
Data Check: local CSV reading
Data Check reads the selected CSV in browser memory; it does not upload the file to a server. Use synthetic or public, non-identifiable data with explicit provenance. The downloadable report may include file names, categories and values. Download and custody are explicit user actions. Runtime resources and technical caches are distinct from CSV contents. Reloading discards the session; this does not guarantee forensic memory erasure.
Hosting data
The site is intended to be delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and security providers may process basic request metadata, such as IP address, browser information, requested page and time, to deliver and protect the service.
Purpose and retention
Contact information is used to respond to the enquiry, assess fit and manage any resulting business relationship. It should be retained only for as long as needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations.
Candidate and expression-of-interest data
If you send candidate data or a CV for a specific opportunity, it is used to assess potential fit and manage that conversation. If there is no specific opportunity, longer retention requires a separate talent-pool opt-in.
Without a specific opportunity or talent-pool opt-in, unsolicited candidate data is deleted within a maximum of 30 days. Candidate data connected to an active process may be retained for the process and up to 6 months afterwards; talent-pool data may be retained for up to 12 months.
Cookies and analytics
The current site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. If you choose a language, your browser stores only that preference (es or en) in local storage until you change it or clear site data. Spanish URLs retain their language. On an initial English-page visit, a same-origin Cloudflare connection check selects Spanish for Spain and English elsewhere. The site does not retain the returned IP address or country.
