This page explains the limited personal information involved when you visit the site or contact Algoria Biometrics about a potential engagement.
Information collected
This site does not use a contact form and does not accept file uploads. If you contact Algoria Biometrics by email, the information you choose to provide may include your name, organisation, role, contact details and enquiry.
Hosting data
The site is intended to be delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and security providers may process basic request metadata, such as IP address, browser information, requested page and time, to deliver and protect the service.
Purpose and retention
Contact information is used to respond to the enquiry, assess fit and manage any resulting business relationship. It should be retained only for as long as needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations.
Candidate and expression-of-interest data
If you send candidate data or a CV for a specific opportunity, it is used to assess potential fit and manage that conversation. If there is no specific opportunity, longer retention requires a separate talent-pool opt-in.
Without a specific opportunity or talent-pool opt-in, unsolicited candidate data is deleted within a maximum of 30 days. Candidate data connected to an active process may be retained for the process and up to 6 months afterwards; talent-pool data may be retained for up to 12 months.
