Technical review of CRO and vendor deliverables

For sponsors and study leads who need to assess an external clinical programming delivery. We review the agreed specifications, datasets, outputs and QC evidence, and document findings that require a decision or correction.

What you receive

  • A review matrix against agreed criteria; a findings log with evidence and priorities; recommendations for acceptance or remediation; and closure follow-up when included in the engagement.

What is included

  • The work can include technical discussions with the vendor and checks of corrections. Review is limited to the deliverables and versions identified in the plan; conclusions do not automatically extend to the entire study.

Is this a one-off review or ongoing support?

Either model can be agreed. Deliverables, review frequency, capacity and sponsor decisions determine the engagement.
